This delicious boozy recipe is the perfect treat to top off the evening with your sweetheart. Our sangria recipe is a cross between the much-beloved mimosa and a delicious cranberry, pear sangria. It’s tart, sweet, and has just a little kick of spice. Cozy enough to curl up under a blanket and bubbly enough to make a night out of it, this recipe will be your go-to no matter what the occasion.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle white wine
- 1 ½ cups cranberry juice
- 1 ½ cups pear juice
- ¼ cup simple syrup
- ½ cup fresh cranberries
- 2 medium pears, cored and chopped
- 3 star anise
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 bottle prosecco
DIRECTIONS
- In a large pitcher, combine 1 bottle of white wine with cranberry juice, pear juice, and simple syrup. Stir to combine.
- Add in fresh cranberries, pears, star anise, and cinnamon sticks before transferring to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to chill and for the flavours to combine.
- Remove from the refrigerator and right before serving, uncork prosecco, and pour into the pitcher over a large metal spoon’s back. Stir gently to combine and serve over ice.
