INGREDIENTS
- 12 cups boiling water
- 2-3 tea bags of your choice (I prefer Earl Grey)
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- Rind of 1 large lemon, sliced
- 5-8 mint leaves, washed
- 1/4 cup of either honey, sugar or sweetener of your choice
For Garnish
- Sprig of mint
- Lemon wedge
DIRECTIONS
- Bring 12 cups of water to boil.
- Pour into large mason jar or heat proof pitcher.
- Add tea bags, juice of lemon, sliced lemon rind, along with the fresh mint leaves.
- Stir in sweetener and refrigerate overnight to infuse flavours.
- Shake well, garnish with a sprig of mint and lemon wedge, serve and enjoy!
