INGREDIENTS
- 1 sliced frozen banana
- 1 orange, peeled and deseeded
- 1/3 cup grated carrot
- 1 Tbsp chia or flax seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 handful of ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- In a cup blender or traditional blender, add your banana, orange, grated carrot, chia or flax seeds, ginger, almond milk, and ice.
- Blend on high for around 1 to 2 minutes until it is thoroughly combined, and there are no large chunks of ice or frozen fruit.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy for breakfast or whenever you need a healthy boost!
