INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup cold brew coffee
- ½ cup nut or oat milk
- 1 scoop sugar-free protein powder in vanilla, caramel, or chocolate flavour
- 1 cup of ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- In a cup blender or traditional blender, add cold brew, nut or oat milk, protein powder, and ice.
- Blend on high for around 30 seconds to 1 minute until it has reached a frothy consistency and the ice cubes have been crushed.
- Pour into a glass or travel cup, and enjoy your healthy frappe treat!
