To anyone struggling with a frappuccino addiction who wants to make healthier choices without sacrificing their favourite treat, we have the solution! Our at-home, low sugar frappe is the perfect replacement for its high-sugar counterpart. With satiating protein powder, matcha for a kick, and non-dairy milk, it’s a great after workout booster and the perfect way to start your day. Our version is made without a chemical stabilizing base, which does mean that the ice will separate a bit. Just make sure to stir it before you sip; we promise it will be just right.

INGREDIENTS
  • ¼ cup brewed matcha
  • ½ cup nut or oat milk
  • 1 scoop sugar-free protein powder in vanilla, or chocolate flavour
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a cup blender or traditional blender, add brewed matcha, nut or oat milk, protein powder, and ice. 
  2. Blend on high for around 30 seconds to 1 minute until it has reached a frothy consistency and the ice cubes have been crushed. 
  3. Pour into a glass or travel cup, and enjoy your healthy frappe treat!
